Shipping & Handling charges
We ship packages via UPS ground or FEDEX ground. Delivery and service charges include our costs for customer service as well as processing and shipping.
Oversize Items: Some oversized items can only be shipped via freight line, for example the nautical screens. The cost of this type of shipping is 75.00 per item. Delivery to residential areas may be slighty higher.
International Shipping: We will ship products to most of the countries in the world! We ship products to International Destinations everyday. Please contact our Sales Department CustomerService@antikagifts.com to get an detail quotation of the shipping & handling fees.

All in stock items are shipped within two to three business days of receipt of your order. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected delay or any similar available items.
We do our best to keep our warehouse fully stocked with every item shown on our web site. However, if an item is backordered or we are caught between shipments we will contact you and inform you of the situation.
Gift Cards
If you would like for us to include a gift card please send us the card you would like sent and we will ship it with your order. We will also be glad to send one of our gift cards for you upon receiving instructions from you on how you want the card written. This service is free of charge.
Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, please return it to us (unused and in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 30 days of delivery. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. AntikaGifts Shop will pay for the value of the goods (excluding delivery costs) 30 days from receipt of the returned goods without any further charges to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
